Yesterday I was in my old hometown Ljungby to help an old friend out. Per-Åke runs a pretty successful web design business, and for their 10 year anniversary they threw a seminar day for local companies and businesses. One of the speakers was Kelly Odell, former ceo of Telia mobile. The theme was how to please your customers, and it really is staggering how many companies there are out there who hasn´t understood that a happy client tells it to three of their friends, an dissatisfied tells it to thirty. And pleasing a discontent customer will usually not set you broke. Right?
And then I just gotta give you another of those misty Spånstad mornings. Can´t get enough of them this time of year!
